Three basic ways to keep healthy are very simple and everybody can do it without putting in alot of effort.

 

Three basic ways to keep healthy are very simple and everybody can do it without putting in alot of effort.

1. Drink lots and lots of water: Keep a bottle with you wherever you go, and keep yourself hydrated.

2. Take your meals on time, a good breakfast, a light lunch and a dinner... try not to eat anything in between meals.

3. The last tip is something that needs a lot of effort if you are lazy like most of us. Exercise is the last step which keeps our metabolisms balanced, maintains our calorie level etc.
